Vita is an experienced higher education professional in the field of marketing and entrepreneurship and a Certified Business & Management Educator. Vita is an expert in market research who leverages her industry and academic career experience with multi-methodological skillset to provide science-backed solutions for solving organisational problems with Research. 

Over the last fifteen years Vita has been involved in various B2B and B2C research projects across a range of industries and economies, including international retail and franchising, strategic marketing, supply-chain management, exporting, business development, and entrepreneurial decision-making. Her research has been published in leading scholarly journals, she has contributed to books, industry reports, and numerous academic conferences globally and has been awarded with an ‘Impact Beyond Academia’ Prize for her work. 

Vita also works closely with small businesses and start-up accelerators. In addition to all things research, her passion for professional training and education continues to evolve with her involvement in personalised training provision to growth-oriented businesses. 

She also serves as a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women programme academic lead and educator supporting female business owners in emerging markets. 

Born in the far northeastern Siberia and having lived in five different countries, Yana embodies a richly diverse cultural background. Her professional journey began as a student at BMW, igniting a passion for automotive and sustainable mobility that has spanned 17 years,  having worked for renowned brands such as MINI, Bentley, Lamborghini, Pininfarina across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, during which she gained extensive experience in luxury marketing, business innovation, and change management. 

Graduating from IESE Business School further empowered her to address societal needs and new business challenges.  Drawn to the human scale and cultural nuances of business growth, Yana transitioned to supporting new ventures and startups. Soon after, she met Vita Kadile, sparking a gratifying collaboration that eventually grew into a partnership. 

Yana brings experience working with both renowned brands and emerging ventures, combining innovative ideas with a thoughtful and sophisticated approach to business solutions.

Currently based between Shanghai and Munich, she is delving deeper into the complexities of cultural differences and China’s evolving business landscape amid AI and robotic innovation. Pursuing a PhD,  exploring the intersection of technology, cultural identity, and strategic communication in a rapidly changing global market.
